Meet Scott Berry, the man behind Berry Home Inspections, LLC. Scott has always been a hardworking individual which he believes came from being raised on a farm and from hard working parents. After finishing high school, he went on to pursue higher education with a degree in Industrial Technology and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration. Coaching high school basketball and teaching Industrial Education is where Berry got his start. He found time after basketball season and during the summer months working construction to make extra money. After seven years coaching and teaching, Berry gave it up and started working construction around the clock. That is how 25 years of construction/remodel experience was established.

What got Scott into property inspections was all the experience he gained over 25 years working on countless construction projects old and new. He saw that many construction projects-even brand-new ones-were filled with defects. To make matters worse, many homebuyers were purchasing these types of properties while being misled from poor home inspections or greedy realtors. He wanted to make a difference.

Berry Home Inspections, LLC started operating in 2018. However, Scott's goals and principles remain strong: to provide accurate, reliable, and detailed property inspection reports both homebuyers and sellers can fully trust.
